Data Deletion Instructions
At our platform, we value your privacy and provide simple ways to manage and delete your data in accordance with Meta's platform requirements and global privacy standards.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.
- Click on "Delete My Account" and follow the confirmation prompts.
2. Manual Request via Email
Alternatively, you can send an email to our support team at support@msgbizz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and name. Our team will process your request within 48-72 hours.
3. What Data is Deleted?
Upon a successful deletion request, we will remove:
- Your personal account information (Name, Email, etc.).
- All connected WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) metadata.
- Your contact lists and message history.
- All integration tokens and API keys.
* Note: Some billing information may be retained for a limited period as required by tax laws.
Meta App Specifics
If you connected your account via Facebook Login, our platform receives a unique ID. When you delete your account or remove the app via Facebook Settings, we automatically trigger our data deletion callback to ensure your data is scrubbed from our servers.
