After onboarding you connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta Embedded Signup. You then use the shared inbox, approved templates, campaigns, and automation on WhatsApp Cloud API. No credit card is required to register.

Can I connect my own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)?

Yes. Add your Meta WABA credentials and phone number ID in Integrations, or complete Embedded Signup so MsgBizz attaches the Cloud API for you.

Can I keep WhatsApp on my phone with Cloud API?

Yes. The same WhatsApp Business number stays active on the WhatsApp app on your phone while MsgBizz runs WhatsApp Cloud API. Your team can chat on-device and still use inbox, templates, and campaigns in MsgBizz.

Does MsgBizz charge extra on WhatsApp messages?

No. MsgBizz is a flat subscription for the dashboard. Conversation charges are billed by Meta at official Cloud API rates. We do not take a per-message cut.

Are MsgBizz WhatsApp API keys secure?

Yes. MsgBizz WhatsApp Cloud API tokens, secret keys, and database entries are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and isolated per tenant.
